Our Story

Our family has been roasting coffee for six generations. The first three had their roots in Italy, but the Continental Coffee story in Vancouver began in 1979.  That is the year our founder, Anita Allan, opened the flagship location in the heart of East Vancouver at 2nd & Commercial. We started small and built up a loyal customer base by offering quality coffee at an affordable price. 

In 2012, we opened our second location in the Riley Park community at 27th & Main.

While the locations and communities may change, our commitment to sourcing, roasting, and brewing the finest coffees available is something you can always count on.
